1. Who we are
Northwing Travel ("we", "us") is a travel booking service. We sell seats on scheduled flights operated by airlines. We are not an airline: the airline you fly with operates the flight and its own conditions of carriage apply to your journey.
2. How booking works
- You choose your flights, cabin and passengers and see the full price before you enter your details.
- You pay using one of the methods shown at checkout and send us your payment reference or proof of payment.
- We verify your payment. Your booking is not confirmed until we have verified it.
- After verification we book your seat with the airline and email you the airline booking reference (PNR) and your itinerary.
The receipt and itinerary we send are not boarding passes. You check in with the airline using your PNR, and the airline issues your boarding pass.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD) and include our service fee.
- Prices are per passenger unless the page says otherwise. The total due is shown before you book.
- We accept bank transfer and cryptocurrency, as listed at checkout. To pay another way, contact [email protected] before you pay.
- For crypto payments, send the USD amount shown in the currency and on the network stated. Payments sent on the wrong network may be lost and cannot be recovered by us.
- Include your booking reference with your payment so we can match it to your booking.
4. Availability and fare changes
Airlines change seat availability and fares constantly. If, after your payment is verified, the airline can no longer sell the seat at the price you paid, or the flight is no longer available, we will contact you. You can choose an alternative we offer or a full refund of what you paid us.
5. Passenger details and travel documents
- Enter each passenger's name exactly as it appears on their passport or ID. Airlines may refuse boarding, or charge to correct a name, if it does not match.
- You are responsible for having a valid passport, visas, health documents and anything else your destination or transit countries require.
- Baggage allowances, seat selection, meals and check-in rules are set by the airline. Meal preferences you give us are passed on but are not guaranteed.
6. Standard and Flexible tickets
- Standard: fixed date and time. Changes and cancellations follow the airline's fare rules for your ticket.
- Flexible: costs more at booking (the extra is shown at checkout). You can ask us to change your travel date later and you only pay the difference if the new flight costs more.
See Cancellations and refunds for details.
7. Schedule changes and disruption
Airlines sometimes change flight times, cancel flights or delay them. When we hear of a change to your booking we will tell you by email. On the day of travel, follow the airline's and airport's instructions. Any compensation or care for delays and cancellations is provided by the airline under its own rules and the law that applies to the flight.
8. Flight status information
Live flight status on our site comes from third-party data and is provided for convenience. Always check airport screens and messages from the airline.
9. Your account
You can book as a guest or with an account. If you create an account, keep your password private; you are responsible for bookings made from it.
